The owner both husband and wife are very passionate in serving customers,this is why the boss are always the best when serving customers by them selves .Some of the staff may not speak English/Malay very well but they were very polite and put a lot of effort to serving me.i wished to get long table for 8 seats but unfortunately they only have size 2.4m but the texture not really good on my eyes.they promised me to get better than that and finally they managed to get me 2.5m long table.they brighten my day in the most unexpected ways and I cannot help but really thankful & appreciated. I hope your dream come true to open another branch just like u wish to....all the best. Dr.abby

The Wood Colony was in general, a very pleasant vendor to work with. They were responsive and trustworthy. The quality of their products was also credible (I got a suar wood slab table, a suar wood bench and five chairs) and their prices, competitive. Especially because of the latter, I preferred them over other local companies who seemed to mark up their prices about another 25% more. On the downsides, first, ask them clearly about the charges of GST and delivery which are not built into the cost. This raises the prices a bit and they weren’t able to cover the costs despite the fact that my order was quite substantial as a bundle. Secondly, I was a bit disappointed with the post-sales support specifically the tardiness of delivery. Three of my chairs were produced incorrectly and they could only come a week later than everything else, and no attempts to compensate the customer were made. However, overall, I would recommend them.

My husband and I love the suar wood slab we have picked out from their gallery. They have given us much insight about wood slab table tops. We bought a bench and 2 chairs to go with it. Communication with the wood colony was smooth, they were transparent with their price , and are always attentive to customers’ preferences and likings. We will definitely recommend and buy from them in the future. We will add on photos of our purchases later on.

The staff at The Wood Colony was way patient with me in customizing my custom TV console. I had been communicating with them on and off for a long time on IG discussing various designs and measurements but they always replied me kindly. When we finalized the order, they were also meticulous about making sure the measurements were correct and made sure that everything worked out perfect for our space. That was especially important as we couldn’t not go down to the showroom to see the slabs for ourselves. Have no regrets ordering from The Wood Colony! Great service and excellent product! Delivery was really prompt and punctual as well! I’m glad that my trust in them was not misplaced!

Bought 3 tables (Dining, Coffee and Console) from the wood colony that we absolutely love! The pieces are cut straight from the trunk and treated so every table is unique in its own way and there will only be one of its kind in the whole world that you own. Customer service was also great from the start to finish! Bosses were attentive and noted our concerns, from wood grain recommendations to table size. Delivery team was also very careful with the furniture even though the tables were bulky (especially the dining table) and also assisted in installing and shifting the tables to where we wanted them to be placed. Many friends have shown interest in the furniture and I 100% support buying furniture from them if you are looking for reasonably cheap and good quality wood furniture! Thank you The Wood Colony!

Bought The Liam Chair, and handled by Ms KaiXin. The Wood Colony posted the photos and looks gorgeous. That is convenient to shop online as not able to drop the shop. Everything has been handled online, including payment and finalised the delivery time. Received the Chair within days; the delivery has been smooth and very polite delivery man, delivered from JB to Singapore. Called me 30 mins in advance, before arrival. Amazing services, gorgeous The Liam Chair. Recommended to everyone. Definitely, will make a trip to their shop one of these days, for the posted wood slab and the beautiful dining sets.
